We are Kimberly and Jason, the people behind Carved Crafts. From Uitgeest in the Netherlands, we create personal gifts with a story: a cherished photo, a special date or a few words that say everything.

You bring the memory; we give it a place on wood or slate. With care for your design and the small details, we make something that is a joy to give and keep.

How do I personalise my gift?

Open the editor on the product page and add your own text or photo. Adjust the position and size and check your design before adding it to your cart. Want to know how to create a strong design and which photos work best for laser engraving? Read our laser engraving design instructions.

What kind of photo works best?

Use a sharp, well-lit original photo. Avoid screenshots and heavily zoomed or blurry images. Not sure whether your photo is suitable? Email us before ordering. For more explanation and examples of photos and designs that work well for laser engraving, read our laser engraving design instructions.

When can I expect my gift?

Our regular turnaround time is 1 week.

Need it urgently? Choose the 48-hour service on the product page. With this service, we make sure your product is posted within 48 hours after your order. Carrier delivery time is added on top of that.

Need the gift by a specific date? Contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible for your product and quantity.

Can I order several products with the same design?

Yes. Participating products have quantity discounts for multiple units of the same product with exactly the same design. The discount tiers are shown on the product page; different designs are not combined.

Can I save my design and continue later?

Yes. Save your design to your account in the editor and open it later through My designs. You can also download the design file to your own device and load it again later.

I want to colour outside the lines. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Sometimes the perfect gift simply falls outside the possibilities of our online editor. Email us at info@carvedcrafts.nl with your idea, photos and any wishes.

We are happy to think along with you and can create a custom design for a fee that we can then use for your product. The price depends on the amount of design work; we always agree this with you in advance.
